- Is there a free trial?
- Yes. Starter, Pro, and Business each include a 30-day free trial with all features unlocked. No credit card required. Cancel anytime before the trial ends and you will not be charged.
- How do Starter, Pro, and Business pricing work?
- Starter is $4 per seat per month, or $3.60 per seat per month when billed yearly (10% off). Pro is $6 per seat per month, or $5.40 when billed yearly. Business is $9 per seat per month, or $8.10 when billed yearly. All paid tiers include unlimited employees, locations, and areas.
- How does annual billing work?
- Choose annual billing at checkout to pay once per year per seat at 10% below the monthly rate ($3.60/seat/mo for Starter, $5.40 for Pro, $8.10 for Business, shown as the effective monthly cost). Invoices reflect the full annual amount for your seat count.
- How do you count seats each month?
- We reconcile seats against named users who could authenticate during that billing window, usually manager and back-office roles first. True-ups align net-new admins or supervisors with what was contracted so invoices stay transparent.
- Do hourly workers count as full-priced seats?
- No. Staff mobile app access is included on every plan for shift visibility, updates, open shifts, swaps, and clock-in workflows. Paid seats focus on operational users who plan, publish, approve, or administer schedules.
- What happens if we need enterprise procurement or SSO?
- Enterprise covers unlimited scale plus dedicated support, SSO, API access, SLA guarantees, and custom rollout. Book a demo or contact sales for scoped pricing and onboarding.
- Which plans include AI features?
- Pro, Business, and Enterprise include AI shift actions, reports, and business Q&A on the roadmap (coming soon). Starter focuses on core scheduling without AI. Exact AI scope per tier is confirmed as features launch.
- Are taxes included in the listed price?
- (USD excl. all applicable taxes). Sales adds jurisdiction-specific tax lines on invoices once billing details are confirmed.
- Can we switch plans after the trial?
- Yes. Upgrade or downgrade between Starter, Pro, and Business as your team grows. Your data and workflows carry forward when you change plans.
- Does onboarding cost extra?
- Starter, Pro, and Business include standard launch checklists and enablement after trial. Enterprise scopes migration, training, and procurement artifacts separately based on scope.
