Indicative rates for planning only. Final pricing is confirmed in your quote or signed order. How seats work

What counts toward seat pricing?

You pay for operational licenses tied to people who log in to plan, publish, or govern schedules. Staff, manager, and owner mobile app access is included free on every plan.

Typically billed as full seats

Scheduling managers, area leads, HR partners, and admins who create templates, approve swaps, publish coverage, or configure locations.

Included mobile access

Staff, managers, and owners can use the mobile app to view shifts, receive updates, pick up open shifts, clock in, and review approvals without an extra mobile app fee.

We finalize seat definitions in your order form before signatures; onboarding reviews roles so finance sees predictable renewals while mobile access stays included.

Pricing FAQs

How does launch pricing relate to the listed seat rates?
Team shows launch list $12/seat/mo crossed out with a promotional $9/seat/mo (25% off that list). Business shows launch list $9/seat/mo crossed out with a promotional $6/seat/mo (33% off that list). Your quote or order form states the exact rate for your term; Enterprise stays custom-scoped.
How does the 14-day trial work?
Team and Business start with a 14-day trial at no charge. When you move forward after the trial, your annual agreement kicks in and invoices align with the billing cycle agreed in your order. Ask sales if you need a longer pilot or staged rollout.
How do you count seats each month?
We reconcile seats against named users who could authenticate during that billing window, usually manager and back-office roles first. True-ups align net-new admins or supervisors with what was contracted so invoices stay transparent.
Do hourly workers count as full-priced seats?
No. Staff mobile app access is included free on every plan for shift visibility, updates, open shifts, swaps, and clock-in workflows. Paid seats focus on operational users who plan, publish, approve, or administer schedules.
Why annual billing instead of month-to-month?
Annual agreements reflect rollout effort and unlock tier discounts for steady seat volumes. Enterprise contracts can layer quarterly reviews if procurement requires staged commits.
What happens if we grow seats mid-contract?
Additional planner seats can co-term with your renewal date or be prorated until that anniversary, whichever finance prefers. Talk to us before large hires so bands stay predictable.
Are taxes included in the listed price?
Prices are shown in USD before applicable taxes or withholdings. Sales adds jurisdiction-specific lines on invoices once billing details are confirmed.
How do volume discounts work across tiers?
Business pricing assumes larger seat bands and bundled success hours; Enterprise layers procurement commitments, SSO, and premium support. Exact blended rates depend on seat counts and modules.
Can we pilot before committing to the listed minimums?
Yes, focused-location pilots are common. Minimums reflect sustainable onboarding for multi-site scheduling; we’ll size a pilot seat pool so leadership can validate workflows before expanding.
Does onboarding cost extra?
Team and Business include standard launch checklists and enablement. Enterprise scopes migration, training, and procurement artifacts separately based on scope.
