We finalize seat definitions in your order form before signatures; onboarding reviews roles so finance sees predictable renewals while mobile access stays included.

How does the 14-day trial work?: Team and Business start with a 14-day trial at no charge. When you move forward after the trial, your annual agreement kicks in and invoices align with the billing cycle agreed in your order. Ask sales if you need a longer pilot or staged rollout.
How do you count seats each month?: We reconcile seats against named users who could authenticate during that billing window, usually manager and back-office roles first. True-ups align net-new admins or supervisors with what was contracted so invoices stay transparent.
Do hourly workers count as full-priced seats?: No. Staff mobile app access is included free on every plan for shift visibility, updates, open shifts, swaps, and clock-in workflows. Paid seats focus on operational users who plan, publish, approve, or administer schedules.
